    Hello,

After checked, I see it is a bug in the ajax request. The response of that request doesn’t match the markup, therefore no CSS rule is applied to it.

These are screenshots of that problem:

    http://prntscr.com/dhdiai
    http://prntscr.com/dhdj4d

But I think this is not a bug of WooCommerce Marketplace plugin. As I checked, during ajax request processing, there is an error on javascript. It belong to Zendesk Chat plugin that you are using. You could try to deactivate it to check if it is the reason for this problem.

    Hello,

First of all, the Bigboom theme wasn’t tested with multi-vendors plugins. And we think it is not fully compatible with the multi-vendor plugin you are using. Please follow these step to check if it is a problem of theme or not:

    1. Deactivate Bigboom theme then activate the default theme (TweentySixteen or TweentySeventeen)
    2. Check if the problem is gone or not. If this problem doesn’t appear anymore, it is the problem of Bigboom theme. If it is not, it could be a problem of installed plugins.

    Regards

    Hi,

As you see, it is not a problem of Bigboom theme. It is problem of that plugin. My advice is: you should contact the author of that plugin and tell them you tested and this problem belongs to their plugin. Show them 2 screenshots I gave you. And if they can’t help you, I think you should hide a freelancer, ask him to help you fix this. I think the fee for this fix will be low.

    Regards
